What is an active treatment?
A treatment you are running right now. Drafts and completed treatments never count, so preparing a case or keeping your archive costs nothing — and completing a treatment frees its place at once.
In your currency
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Clinics in the EU and Switzerland pay €39, €95 or €239 a month (€390, €950 or €2,390 a year); clinics in Turkey pay ₺990, ₺2,490 or ₺5,990 a month (₺9,900, ₺24,900 or ₺59,900 a year), plus KDV. Checkout shows the exact amount in your currency, with tax, before you pay.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle issues your invoices and handles VAT, and businesses with a VAT number can add it at checkout.
Billing questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Choose a plan on the Billing page of your panel at any time during the 14 days. If the trial ends without one, the panel pauses until you subscribe — the links your patients already have keep working.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, at any time. Moving up is charged for the rest of the current period; moving down credits the unused part to your next payments. You can switch between monthly and yearly the same way.
- How do I cancel?
- Open Billing → Manage billing in your panel and cancel. There are no further charges and your clinic keeps full access until the end of the period you paid for. You can export all your data at any time.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days. The details are in our refund policy.
